I have been quit for 2 Months, 6 Days, 1 hour, 41 minutes and 12 seconds (67 days). I have saved £321.93 by not smoking 1,341 cigarettes. I have saved 4 Days, 15 hours and 45 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 08/05/2009 21:00
Just thought I would show off a bit & post a cheery few stats.
Imagine how big a pile of 1,341 would look? Yikes.
Goot jump in and say yes I agree WELL DONE to all who have quit and carry on quitting. It's not easy at time but it's NOT impossible.
Iread the horrid posts too ... what an idiot. What is wrong with some people? Please, if anyone feels any less than they are for reading those posts DON'T.
YOU ARE A QUITTER AND THAT MEANS YOU ARE A SUCCESS!
Grrr... sorry, it annoys me when people are trying and some **** comes in cos they have emotional problems they don't want to actually deal with, they'd prefer to have a go at others.
rant over. This Sunday will be 6 weeks quit for me. Feels much longer. I have about 1 craving a day, it only lasts a few seconds. But I'm not complacent, I know from bitter experience that for me there is no such thing as "just one". I will be at this quit for the rest of my life.
