Quitzits

Haven't really had many of these but do seem to be getting a lot of blocked pores. Never really was a spotty person but blackheads always were a problem - so back to having them again, should be overjoyed if only the rest of me was like a teenager. My smoking lifespan could be more or less negated.:)

Ugh, have a big family event this weekend and a zit has turned up, think it's vying to make the bridge of my nose more noticeable. Might be quitzits, could be allergy to family too - only kidding!

loads of exercise will sweat it all out of you!

go for a massive run - you'll feel like gordon bannister compared to when you last did!

Think it was the sweating which gave it to me. Although tonight's run might need to be put off, or it might turn into a kyack event.

Skin does seem greasier - strange.

My skin has improved tenfold since quitting. I also increased the amount of water I drank during the day which soon led to my skin looking quite radiant! :)

I used to get quite a few spots before quitting but *touch wood* havent had any since.

I think taking in that water may well help.

Hi nogard

Been drinking lots of water too, although with the ramping up of exercise am quite dehydrated at times, sure my body will sort itself out in time. :):)
