Ur doing really good bike ride was fine i just cant get enough sleep slept 10 hours last nite and still no energy, weird.last nite few people i spoke to at bbq who quit smoking told me that first 2 weeks are easy and its only gonna get hard when it gots to month ot two that kind of threw me of.i gotta think positive xxxxx
Great you're in double figures on day 10 well done
Hope the mouth is soon better and glad the links helped as well
Hi Passenger
Glad the bike ride was OK
Don't worry about the sleep it will sort itself out eventually Promise
As for the people at the BBQ and what they said I had no Problems with the 2nd month or any other after that OK
If you think it will be hard it will be [does that make sense to you] so as you say think positive about it
Remember some people who've been quit a while think it's funny in a kind of way to tell scare stories but we're all different and so are our quits all I can say is it will get easier for you
dunno thought im doing better and im out of deep end but then i have this really bad mood swings,no energy just dont wanna feel miserable constantly .thought itd be getting better longer im without it. xxx
Think it will take us a wee while yet............we not hit a fortnight yet.
I'm having to fight it every day too. I know you're sleeping a lot where as I'm the opposite and I'm not sleeping well so knackered all the time. Hang on in there and hopefully it will get easier eventually
thx marg for all the advice and wanna stick to it with caz,9 days today but still lot longer than ever before.next week im of for a week to visit my family so it ll be nice to be away from work and relax.day at the time i guess.i did hear people mentioning 3rd month and few people here posted 3 weeks,3 months are tough and so on but think we just gotta be strong and dont look back.patience was never my virtue xxxxxx
Yeah some do find week3/month3 a bit tough but just take each day as it comes alright
Take each day as it comes and try not to worry about whats ahead doing it that way is easier for you to handle and before you know it you'll be counting weeks and months not days Promise
I for one didn't have a problem with either of them
