This is the second time this year I have made it to week 3, but it's the first time I can honestly say I will never smoke again
Apart from a few very brief cravings I can honestly say I really haven't missed the cigarettes at all.
The only thing is that I would have expected my energy levels to increase but there doesnen't seem to be much difference. I still don't have much energy!
Anyway, who cares about that, i'm a non smoker!
