6 weeks, whoopee

At last, tho seem to've had a sore throat since Friday and left ear is also painful. In the past when this has happened have always been worried about tonsillitis, this time though there doesn't appear to be any cold or anything, very strange. No fever and feel ok.

Lazy day today, just what I needed for a Sunday.

have been quit for 1 Month, 1 Week, 4 Days, 23 hours, 30 minutes and 30 seconds (41 days). I have saved £182.60 by not smoking 839 cigarettes. I have saved 2 Days, 21 hours and 55 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 31/05/2009 20:00

Sorry you ahve a sore throat that's quite common for us quitters but not sure about the sore ear if this continues see your Dr even if only for your peace of mind

Sore throat still here but have another few days to go at the moment before chancing my arm at the surgery.

Trying to decide exactly what 50 day treat and month treats are going to be.
