day 7 on champix day 2 of no smokes

Well day 7 of champix and managed to resist the temptation of reaching for a smoke.Made sure i had none in the house feel i could have quite easily succumbed if there was any laying about.This morning changed my routine completely instead of the usual coffee and a few smokes went for the shower first and also gave the coffee a miss too and settled for water, these mornings are the worst.Dont think i have had any side effect as far as i know but starting day 8 tomorrow stronger strength so keeping an open mind.Quite chuffed with myself actually from smoking 40 a day i consider myself a heavy smoker and as i stated yesterday had set my quit day for day 8 but changed to day 5 as ciggies tasted awful so big achievement for me.Well ive saved 23.60 in just two days think i deserve a treat so gonna go to town and buy some new sandals xxxxxx
