I've been reading posts on this forum for the last few days, it's really helped me I don't feel like I'm doing this on my own anymore.
I've made it to day 4 and I'm still in shock - I really didn't think I could do it. I'm using patches and although they help this is still a real challenge! I'm eating almost twice as much as used to (all fruit and veg so not too bad!) and coughing alot has given me a sore throat The working day feels so much longer without the cigarette breaks, too.
Hopefully I'll start to feel better soon.

I quit usuing patches & lozenges & this is my longest quit for about 13 years or so, it can be done LOL.
At least you are filling up on fruit & veggies that's great. My wanting to eat has settled down now thank goodness as will all the other things you will notice.
