Hi bman,

I had a bad cold the first 5 days of my quit so felt s**t anyway.

I am sure I have seen other people post they felt the same though.

Do you feel ok otherwise (apart from the obvious)

yeah sore throat and cough but the coldness is getting to me - keep having showers to try and warm up. I might get the thermals out if this carries on:)

Now there's a thought ;)

Seriously though I would imagine it is down to all the toxins leaving your body which can only be good.

If you still feel rough a visit to the GP will probably put your mind at rest.

Drink plenty of fluid to help your body get rid of the nasties & keep warm. Darned weather doesn't help. Hot, cold, wet, whatver next??

Hi Bman :D

Sorry you're still feeling rough with a sore throat, cough and feeling cold all the time

I think like the others this is probably due to toxins leaving your body so the more you drink especially water the better it will be for you

However if this continues for more than another day or two please see the Dr just to make sure and set your mind at rest

Hope you feel better soon

Love
