... so instead of sitting there and suffering it, I decided I would resume my tooth whitening..
Last year Himself paid for me to get my teeth whitened by our dentist - well, the custom moulds and bleaching solution.. I never really kept up with it as I felt like I was winning a losing battle because I, then, consumed copius cups of coffee as well as smoked..
Now I do neither I have decided to start it again, and I should see visible results..
The reason it didn't really work last year is because I can only wear the tray for 1 hour every other day because my teeth get very painful 'zings' in them. I was originally advised by the detist to wear it 3 hours per day for 14 days straight - NO CHANCE! I'd be in absolute agony as paracetamol or ibuprofen don't even touch it.
So anyway, I can achieve the same results, though it will take alot longer - 6 weeks as opposed to 2 weeks.. Because I have to do it sparingly, it means my smoking and hot tasty beverage far outweighed the amount I could whiten, thus, negliable result..
He also paid for me to get my teeth straightened off and my one and only metal filling replaced with a white filling..
Yet one more thing to add to my list of why I should stop - so I can whiten my teeth, they can stay white and I can finish getting them straightened etc and finally have a perfect set of straight, white teeth..
Anybody else doing something like this for themselves?
Oh, and as for trying to wean myself off that nasal spray I mentioned yesterday - that seems ot be going MUCH easier than I thought. I have one of those breath-easy strips on that widen the nasal passages and so counteracts the rebound congestions - so no having to put up with a permanent blocked nose for 7 days..
Can't wait to get that out of my system.. still can't believe I was addicted to something and completely unaware of it! I will NEVER use over the counter nasal sprays again...
