Free and Healing for Three Days, 9 Hours and 22 Minutes, while extending my life expectancy 5 Hours, by avoiding the use of 68 nicotine delivery devices that would have cost me £19.36.
Had a tough day yesterday was really tired and pretty grumpy, not sure if that was due to the lack of sleep the night before or not smoking. Either way managed to get through the day.
I must say that Champix has been absolutley brilliant so fair with no side effects apart from weird dreams. Based on my experience to date I would highly recommend Champix as an option to give up smoking but you still need to want to give up.
Today I feel like I have broken the back of it so feeling really positive.
Good luck to all. elwell70

Had a bad day yesterday myself but today is good, yes I would agree with you Champix is a god send.......I certainly couldn't have done it without them, tho they do make me feel reeeeaaally sick but I don't care would rather that than smoke
Day 3 is said to be an important line to cross, since most of physical adiction gets to its highest crave. It was hard for me, but now I'm on day 5. Still hard, but each day I keep free, I feel better, prouder and stronger.
Well done on getting through the first couple of days. Excellent stuff. You are quite right in saying that you must want to quit. The reasons can be many and varied, but at the end of the day you have to want to stop. I can't speak on Champix, but I know that many people on this forum have found it hugely beneficial. Whatever works for you is the best way to go.
