first real cravings

Today was the first day a craving hit me really hard. First day at work since quitting, and at the end of the day, walking out the office, just automatic for me to light up, normally. But I didn't.

I'm sorry you had a bad crave yesterday after your first day back at work

This was a trigger crave as you did something for the first time since you quit

I'm so pleased that you didn't light up and as you work through them it will get easier to resist, just hang in there

Thanks Margaret. I mentioned that I'd quit to my manager today, and we had a good chat about it. She quit several years ago and she's very supportive.
