Finally done 3 weeks...feeling so much better and a lot more confident that I can remain a non smoker. I got a 1 reading on the carbon monoxide blowy thingy at the smoking clinic which is good. I keep forgetting to take my champix which I am not sure is good or not..sadly my wife has relapsed after 19 days but I am sure she will be giving it another go when she is ready to....

Hi Bossdean :D

3 weeks that's great well done you

Glad you feel better and more confident as well and a low CO reading to

As for forgetting to take the champix, I don't think that matters to much as long as you're not in danger of caving, if you fell OK without don't worry about it

I stopped after 8 weeks on it and my son stopped after 6

I'm sorry your Wife relapsed after 19 days but she'll restart when she's ready

Love
