Back in room one for the last time. Now I know I said that a couple of weeks ago but I wasn't mentally prepared, I'm now prepared and ready after following this sites read, read, read policy
OK I have got a little help (well a big help really) with being prescribed Champix again.
I am now on day ten and not had any ciggies today and feeling strong. I just stocked the fridge with cranberry juice and the cupboards with green tea. Time to detoxify my body and fight this addiction with all I’ve got. No way am I failing this time, no way.
So with all that said can I join ‘The April Showers’

Hi Linda and thanks for the kind comments. Day one so far has been much better than I expected. I have done a couple of weeks preparing so it looks like it's paid off thus far.
10 days with the help of champix, I also used it and had no problems, a few weird dreams and craves but that's about it
Love
Marg xxxxxxx
Hi Marg and thanks to all of you for the welcome back.
I may have explained myself wrong in the first post Marg, This is day one for me stopping smoking but day ten on champix. I totally agree about the weird dreams and they are so very vivid.
Had a couple of craves today but I haven't let them get to me, I'm keeping positive and trying not to mope about the fact I have stopped.
I wasn't allowed to use zyban or champix as i take anti d's but i did kinda railroad my Gp into letting me try zyban.
It made no difference to me but everyone i hear who has used champix has done really really well
Good luck Bobross
Nikki
Thanks Nikki
I used champix on my last quit and it worked well for me during my last quit and I really didn't think the doctor would give me them again. I have heard of lots of people who have been refused them so I was very surprised when he gave me them again. In saying that I'm so glad he did as I was getting very low knowing I wanted to stop but couldn't do it without help.
