Woohoo! I'm on day three, I successfully managed to avoid giving into the cravings (this morning was hard, but not as hard as yesterday).
At work today I noticed my energy levels were a bit low, and my mood wasn't great. But now I'm at home I am soooo glad I quit. I've treated myself to some nice fizzy drinks that I've just stashed in the fridge.
I'm really getting into this Cinnamint nic gum. Just hope I can quit that when I need to :rolleyes:
I am anxious to rack another few days up as soon as possible lol.
