I managed to do a whole day without nicotine gum yesterday and am carrying on today. I feel alot calmer than when I was smoking and the smell of it is just disgusting!

Im finding things ok and just taking each day as it comes.

thanks, I havent really had any strong cravings for the last couple of days either.

My mind is defo in the right place and I have never felt as strong as I do at the moment but its the support from here and reading posts and websites that make me ever stronger and help me to understand and control the cravings when they do come. I would never want to go through this again and am determined to stay off the dirty fags xxxxxxx
