i started my quit last friday, when 4 days and caved in(smoked 2 Cigs) then went 1 more full days caved in (had a 10 pack). and being doing 1 day normal smoking 1 day non smoking until yesterday!
Now i think i am ready to go for it for good, relised that i felt the same whether i smoked or not! i just stunk of smoke and was spending money for no reason on the days i smoked!
So day one for good starts today! i really think i can do it!

Good for you, I know just before I stopped I noticed every cig I had and what i got from it and realised it wasnt much. So you might find that it helps you too as that sounds like what you were doing.
Good Luck. I would read as much info as you can. I dont think I could have done it without the Allen Carr book. So I take my hat off to anyone who just quits on their own. Well done!
Welcome to the forum and well done on the decision to quit possibly one of the most important you will ever make and you will be losing nothing but you will regain control of your life and also you will be much healthier and that has to be good
