Well, the craves are still there, I am sorry to say...

On the plus side, the ex is back in my life and that is going well, makes all the pain I went through even worth it although I do not think her being back has anything to do with the non-smoking. The general 'better' me without the cigarettes is probably the reason... I guess it is because of the no smoking then...

I am confused but happy, still going strong and still more determined than ever to beat the little bastard!

Well done for being on day 13, I guess our renewed confidence for giving up shows to the exterior, although I must say that due to the cravings I am not the nicest person to be around at present!!

Stay strong and focused-and if it doesnt work between you and your 'ex' its no excuse to start smoking again!!
