Day 10 !!!

Hi there, have not posted since Day 4 but now it's Day 10 !

Should note I'm on Champix...

Had a few not as good days but nothing that a little mental effort hasn't been able to help.

My lungs feel 100% better already, been walking every day and doing things that would have never normally done.

Do feel i miss the you know what's sometimes but remind myself of all the upside of what I'm doing and all the downside of them..

Bought my first pair of runners in 10 years too with the money I saved from not buying them !!

i am a day being you, champix too...and i must admit...my throat and mouth doesnt feel sore anymore from smoking...my chest isnt as tight....its amasing how just over a week after giving up how much healthier...we feel
