Day 7 Was Very Emotional

I wasn't particularly having a bad day or cravings it was just a case of me being over sensitive, I was even crying at the news of Jade Goody even though I don't know her, it was a very strange day.

Feeling weepy over nothing in particular (I do however feel hugely sorry for Jade Goody and her family).

I think we have all had black days around this time hun, almost like a wave of depression. Mine was because i had lost a friend.....it does pass and before long you will be feeling great.

Funnily enough, I had that yesterday on day 4... I am of a sensitive nature anyhow but, still, it took me by surprise...

Yes I think we all get the crying bit at some point. I cryed about Jade and her boys today and Im 85 days in. Still feel very sad for her if Im honest.xxxxx

I'm glad I read this thread! I don't usually do crying but last week, after 13 hours at work, I got home and just stood in the door and burst into tears. My husband just looked at me shocked! He was worried something dreadful had happened - I think he's only seen me cry once before.

I couldn't really explain why I was crying, maybe I was just tired but a peanut butter sandwich and a cup of tea soon put me right!

Hehe! I'd have been far happier romping in the brook/stables/muddy field than spending 13 hours at school that's for sure!
