Nice one Wayne, I'll be 6 weeks on Wed. How are you getting it? I'm sort of finding every day a bit annoying, can't really explain why though, the thoughts of smoking fags just don't seem to be fading to be honest??? I don't really want one but I'm thinking about them too much:confused:

I'm sorry to say that I found that for many weeks, eventually it just faded and I didn't even notice it doing so until it just wasn't happening for days at a time.

There is no magic fix, but it will happen... and sooner than you think. Try not to worry about it and just keep on keeping on.

I know what you mean last weekend I couldn`t stop thinking about a fag, Ended up in my shed making a total lash up on my lathe, Was supposed to be a goblet:D, But still I got over it for now, Stick with it mate.

I know what you mean I found it irritating because although I did not want a fag kept thinking about them and then one day realised I could not reaaly remember the last time they were on my mind now it happens only very occasionally so cheer up
