Hi anyone got some encouraging news about Zyban, asking for a friend who will be in day one room soon. Thought i'd try further on rooms to hear some sucess results.

Hello all well I'm on my 3rd day on zyban I'm going to give up the horrid fag's on the 10th of April, can't stand the smell of the things,but all of you who have supported me,a huge thankyou, x

Hello I'm using zyban and feeling really good I found that when I decided to give up I used zyban for 9 days then on the first day I got up in the morning and had my 2 last cigs and it wasn't really bad I meen not once have I had a paddy,just can't get over how easy it was this time.I did use zyban about 10 or so years ago and managed a few months but all that time I was dying for a cig but this time it was much better.been smoking for35+years.just try the having your last cig after the morning when you give up I really think that helped so much,wishing you all the luck in the world, xxx
