I too used champix - but with education found I didn't need them after less than half the course.
I'm not going to say that is the case for everyone, or even should be.... but there is no doubt whatsoever that the key to a successful quit is getting your quit head on. It's vital. So, educate yourself and make sure that you know what to expect.
Welcome home I remember you from last time congrats on having a new shoot at the quitting. Listurn to the guys aboue they give sound advice. Linda xxxx
Hi im using Champix and for me its brilliant. The dose had to be lowered because it was making me sick when you go to 2mg per day but now it works. I reckon i could have given up at day 8 i felt so sick but carried on to day 12. Now im 30 hours in and i feel great, no cravings, full of energy, dont get me wrong i really want one right this minute (cant explain not craving, just the doing i think) but it aint happening because i dont need one, its not going to make me feel any better.
So i wont to wish you lots of luck and i hope it works as well for you as it doing for me.
Hi, will say good luck to you. Im day 3, and chomping down my fingers at the mo.
Rather than wander aroudn house decided to search internet for a forum and join and hopeign get somebody the otherside of teh wonder web saying NOOOOOO every time I get a crave.
