Wow wot a mixed bag of days, big craves no craves and small craves.

This forum helped me a great deal. Will always be grateful even if it was a great challenge in itself.

A lot of names here that were here in March well done to all who made it, sorry to those that will try again.

I notice most now how people smell after a fag, they smell like they are dieing it is an acrid smell. The fresh smells of a cig to me is better than walking past the chippy and smelling the wares, but once a person has smoked the fag it stinks like nothing I have ever known.

Good luck all you noobs, well dun all you over weight ex smokers.

I have been quit for 8 Months, 4 Weeks, 1 Day, 17 hours, 18 minutes and 44 seconds (273 days).

I have saved £2,200.98 by not smoking 9,306 cigarettes.

I have saved 1 Month, 1 Day, 7 hours and 30 minutes of my life.

My Quit Date: 05/03/2008 09:57

I am still a smoker who wakes up every day and thinks 1 day at a time. I chose not to smoke now because I used to do it a lot.

Incidentally for the people who were on around March to July time somone called Smirn logged on, but he was still banned.

See you all in 3 months
