Thanks Jane, starting week 3 today! Can't believe how quick the time has gone!

Had my first test yesterday, went to the pub with friends, my old smoking buddy! Went outside whilst she had her "fix" and stood there shivering in the howling wind thinking, do I miss this??..........erm NO!!

So, still positive and still quit!!

Well done on completing week 2, that's a nice milestone. It's a bit of a generalisation, and may not be true for you, but apparently the hard bit is over by 2 weeks and it should be getting easier.

Always good to face a trigger, and come through it unscathed. It shows you how far you've come and reminds you how achievable the goal really is.

Well done KC - Its my third week too. My test will come when I go on hols in November but there will be non-smokers there too so that will help.
