7 Weeks.......

:cool: 7 weeks, 4 days, 6 hours, 27 minutes, 51 seconds to be presice lol . anyway this week has had it moments been a bit stressful with kiddy winkles being on half term but have not caved :)(one more week then she's back at school lol ). On the last step of my patches and feeling good , 1 more week then off them completly wooohooooo . hope everyone else is doing ok in the quits ???

Good effort...i quit for 18 months (been smoking again for about 2 years) and i treated myself every month...

I nearly didn't make the week...my dog was run over and killed tues night...she has 16 week old pups too...i resisted though, a fag wont bring her back....

So a treat this week of some sort for me too xxx
