I Have been smoke free for 1 whole month,I'm celebrating with a lovely glass of red Rioja

I have a really sore throat today, is it possible its to do with not smoking even after a month? I thought It would have been In the first week if it was going to happen.

Hope the sore throat could be to do with stopping smoking BUT if in any doubt, always consult your doctor..

(You could always try gargling with the red wine though!!! )
