Hey guys,

So far so good. By now I would have usually had about 5 -6 cigs, so I'm not doin badly - I've not even had a nicorette :eek:

but I usually have a quick fag around now, but instead, I went for a coffee. Even though I associate coffee with smoking, drinking the stuff now that Im stopped doesn't really affect me!!

Excellent mate...You will find in good time that your doing the things you always done but without thinking bout smoking. You seem in the right frame of mind for this. Stay positive and focused and before you know it you will have conquered the whole day.
