Start of day 1

Finally smoked my last fag at 1 am, went straight to bed to build up the first few hours. Only been up since 9am but am feeling ok so far. Have no desire to buy any more cigs and am going to blitz the house today and light candles everywhere to get rid of the stale smoke smell.
