the spray is the one form on NRT I have never used... lol.

But best wishes for the new quit!

Sorry can't help with the spray, but I would recommend reinforcing your resolve to quit by educating yourself, these websites are a good place to start.

whyquit.com/

woofmang.com/tales/index.shtml

quitsmokingonline.com/

The NRT helps to treat the symptoms experienced when quitting smoking but does nothing to treat the cause which "why you smoke" for that you need to understand the addiction and change the way you think about smoking.

All the best with it.

Congratulations on your quit...

I've heard that the nasal sprays are the quickest way to get the nicotine into the blood so should knock any craving PDQ!! Wasn't allowed to use it myself - can't remember why tho'!! Not sure how u use them - is it only as and when you feel the need? Or do you have to take it regularly regardless of whether you are craving?

Being in a group has to be a huge benefit - tried to find one around here and there weren't any...your group, along with the support you will get on here will get you through the rough times onto the good times...;)

HUGE huge amounts of luck - read read read, drink drink drink (water:mad:) breateh deeply!! and come on here and rant as often as you need...

Hey Kaz,

Can I just say - WELL DONE for getting to day 2 - u r on day 2 - well done. I had my last fag last night at 10.30 - it's not been easy today - I have felt like kicking my dog lol but I kicked the bed instead, and through the pain realised that I am being stupid

So I took the dog out for a walk. That was at about 1.30 - so just over 12 hrs without a fag -

Anyway u feel a craving, Kaz, just eat a peace of fruit, drink some water, do some houseword, walk the dog - there is so many things u cud do rather than sit down and waste ur life (and money) on smoking.

Come on Kaz - have faith in urself - U CAN DO IT!!!! DON'T GIVE IN, PLEASE?! :)
