There are 2 websites that will aid your quit... ffsonline.org a quit smoking program designed to help us understand the whys of smoking, and whyquit.com a site full of information on the nicotine addiction and quitting. Both are key in the education and knowledge to stay quit.

Post here whenever you feel the urge as it helps

thanks for your support, yes i have changed a lot of things in what i do, i used to stand at school gates with other mums and have a fag but no more,and meeting up for coffee in local cafe with my freinds who all smoke.so i am very pleased as it is day 4
