The weekend has been fine , im finding myself not thinking so much about cigarettes now, its becoming a little easier to get through the day smoke free .
Dont worry im not being complacent , i fully recognize this is a long long journey which i have only started .
Just posting as its all part of my quit routine .
Keep up the good work all .

Dear Chilly,
Keep up the good work, we are at about the same level, so keep going and I will.......
Keep it up Chilly, I am right here with you Bud, am also on Day 9, and finding things are moving along nicely too. Hardly thinking about the little bastards now, and off to the gym tomorrow to start a new work out regime, which will hopefully further cement my determination to rid myself of this evil once and for all!!

Well done Kingbee,
Great idea too, getting down to the gym. Not only will it help you avoid putting on weight, or at least minimise it, but also its a great way to shift lingering cravings and it really shows you the benefits of quitting.
5 days is fab work Your both doing great. Also welcome to the site Mandi Congrats on your quit and well done for how far you have come already. Keep posting there is great support here. Linda xxxxxxxxxxxxx
