You should feel proud of yourself - you are doing something that most smokers won't ever do.
It's not as hard as we are led to believe - but it's not easy either. But it is so worth it, it is the single biggest thing you can do to improve yourself and your life.
So feel proud, feel smug - walk around with a stupid grin and dance down the street if you want. You deserve it.
Had a few thoughts about smoking but, the occasions it has popped into my head is around times I "would" have been smoking so I suppose thats the habit side. I just tell myself, "oh well" I can carry on with what I'm doing, don't need a ciggie and it seems to be passing as quick as it's arriving.
End of day 6 and now I can start saying weeks, yippee!!
Being here, reading and digesting all info, plus your support and the Champix has helped me to get this far! Fingers crossed it continues into weeks, months, years but one step at a time, week 1 nearly over and still positive, something must be working!!
