Today I have felt fantastic! I havent thought about smoking once,Infact the thought of smoking makes me feel sick!So I did think about it!lol Didnt I:owell only how horrible it is

I know its early days and the cravings can come on when you least expect them to,but Im ready for you!!

Also I havent drank as much coffee today,which is good

Congratulations, it's a great feeling when you realise you haven't thought about the dreaded smoking!

I have drunk far less coffee, must be the association - coffee & fags -go together, I also realised about an hour ago that I haven't needed the loo half as much as I normally do (TMI I know) but, must be something to do with the nicotine and caffeine that weakens your bladder.

Well done Hope. The thoughts of cigs do get less and less as time goes on with the odd occasion of old nic rearing his ugly head but if you are ready for him he will soon disappear again.
