Well I've been awake since 10am and it's now 10.37. My last cigarette was early this morning at 12.30am. I've always known that the morning would be the toughest bit of my quit but I'm feeling optimistic and am about to go play one of my games and then take my dog out for a nice long walk. Having a bit of chest pain when breathing but hell that was there before I just didn't notice. Will post later and I have a 'Quit Journal' so anytime I get a crave I can go look at my wee book and write it down, I also have my reasons for quitting in there and coping strategies.. I'm still typing because I need something for my hands to do Can't think of anything else to write though...
