Still here HM but boy did I have some craving last night. I know it is the nic monster and this will pass over the next day or so. I don't recall getting it that bad though the last time but maybe that was because I was on patches and getting a shot of nicotine while I was on them.
I know I'm rambling a bit but need to get it written down and out of my system otherwise I will be climbing the walls and pulling my hair out.
Anyway, here's to Day 2 and good luck to you HM and the rest of the team on Day 3.
Well done Marble,
you seem to be well in control of these early days!
Keep it up,
Nic

You ramble on Jan (There's a song in there ) that's one thing I find about this place is that I can open up and ramble utter poo knowing that those that read it are or have been where I am know.
I must admit I not looking forward to the weekend but if we stay strong I am sure we will get over this, now who's rambling?
Well done HM and Jan, both of you seem to be coping quite well.
HM - day 3 is a big milestone.
Congratulations.

I'm not looking forward to it either, OH smokes. Not so bad when he goes to work on Monday as I don't see him till either Friday or Saturday. When he does light up though I make him go in the kitchen with the window open. When I started to smoke again I still kept that rule even for myself. So now I can enjoy my smoke free living room again.
Well Done HM & Jan
Hope today gose well for you both. Sueeeeeeeeee Where are you not smoking I hope. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
We have to make the change, and this forums seems to be a great place to start and finally make it, finally achieve that wonderful positive mindset to begin with.
My Day3 struggle was very difficult, I can't remember how it was but something reminds me of having nausea and head aches all day long.
The solution: I found a great hobby - anti smoking forums
Cheers everyone! Head up!
