As good as gold thank you, looking forward to the day ahead got my patch on my arm no prangs and no desire to smoke (at the time of writing) just wish I found this forum months / years ago.

I know I am only on day 2 but knowing that there are people out there whom I may never meet nor know anything about -apart from being in the same boat as me (i.e. trying to stop smoking) is a relief in itself. Knowing that in times of desperation I can log on here and get it off my chest without being looked upon like some sort of leper is reassuring.

Together we will defeat the enemy!

You will have 2 sets of [] each end of the text - one with "code" in and one with "color" in. All you need is the pair with "color".

EDIT: I should have known you were messing about, but I'm an IT guy and am used to people doing that sort of thing and then wondering why it won't work!
