Over 36 hours now since my last (and hopefully last ever) puff of a ciggie. Even had 2 pints of the black stuff last night after work, not 1 prang no clucking just sat back and enjoyed my pints

Stuart I must admit the no smoking ban in pubs makes it all the easier and what with being with a non smoker as well.

In days gone by before the ban I would no doubt of smoked 3-5 fags with them pints.

Well done mr marble. It is good to get the drink and a ciggie trigger out of the way early. i also did that and found it much easier to deal with than worrying about having to deal with it further down the line.

Couldn't handle the black stuff though!!!
