:pWell into day 3 & coping very well, today I'm not using NRT as the patches were irritating my skin & still have no need for the inhalator.

Fantastic, that is a superb result.

72 hours after you took the patch off you will be completely free of nicotine if you don't use the inhaler...

You may want to avoid using it if possible, because you will be extending the withdrawal symptoms now if you have done a day without any.

However, you must find your own way to get through the cravings and into the easier part of the quit - so take it one step at a time and do what you need to do to get through without smoking.

Congratulations, you are doing really well and I hope you feel suitably proud of yourself.

Really pleased you are doing so well, and finding it good. It seems like you have really got your mind in the right place and that is the biggest part of the battle.
