Hi Linda & Wkd - will be back on here tomorrow for definite. Took my first blue today without food. Won't do that again, :mad:omg. Not long after I had taken it I got stomach pain and thought I was going to be sick. That'll teach me. If it happens when I take them with food I'm back to docs to get back on patches. Don't think I can stand that every time.:eek:

I find I don't want a cig so much now but have definitely set my head and heart on not having any tomorrow. Wish I could turn back the clock to my six months quit but I can't but at least I have learned that you cannot just take one puff as it leads to 2, 3 4 and then a full cig. Stoopid moo that I am

One thing is for certain I won't be doing it again.xxxx

Is that Champix? I had the same thing when I stepped up to full strength. It lasted just a couple of days before the nausea wore off.

The tablets really do work wonders though, and if you can bear the nausea I would advise you to keep with it.

However, if you find it's very bad... of course you should head straight to the Doctors.

Thanks Stuart - Yes it is Champix. I wasn't sure whether it was them or not as it came on very quickly after taking it. I will go to the docs though if it continues. I absolutely detest being sick, cry like a baby when I am:eek:

Where's the colours gone? Can't get past black. Tried highlighting colour and then double clicking and it won't work.
