Well whooooppppieeee !!! feeling great , bit gobsmaked that have got this far but so pleased i have . Well had a testing weekend went to a family do where everyone was chuffing away but stayed strong and didn't join in !!! Went to nic nurse today got another carbon reading of 0 :D.

and well done for surviving the family "do" - not easy at any time - in my family anyway!! Bet you felt smug?!? I recall my first big do after I quit and found myself chatting away to the smokers when I suddenly realised what I was doing!! And there was lots of alcohol involved!!
