I am at the end of week two and i have to say it is getting sooo much easier...however i still get the odd moment when the demon creeps up and surprises me, but getting used to telling it where to go! ;) staying strong and happy to be half way to a month smoke free!!!

Thanks guys, i have to be honest have been fine lately.... but this morning i am craving, not in a climbing the walls way, just in i feel like i'm missing something...i'm a freelance designer and not working today...think i might be missing work (i'm one of those sad people who loves heir job).... but all i can think is that i want a fag :( mad at myself....i don't want to smoke but i still feel a bit low and not quite right, any advice????

thanks John...yeah that sounds about right! i don't want to smoke, i know that, i quit for good reasons and am so proud of it, i'm never going back, just struggling a bit today :( am sure it will pass :rolleyes: xx

It will. The bad days always go slower though, don't they?

Never mind, tomorrow will come - and the day after. Just don't smoke, and a whole lot more tomorrow's will come :D

I've been there myself,

For me its the feeling that you have the urge to smoke but the disappointment in yourself for having the feeling in the 1st place!

Anyway, the urge passes and in the meantime you just have to do stuff to take your mind off it.

good advice :) decided to re-arrange my lounge and play on the wii fit that should keep my mind occupied for a bit! :rolleyes:......staying strong....and if it gets any worse will gt the haribo out!!! x
