Here I am again.
Feeling good on day 20, getting on towards the next milestone - 3 whole weeks
I really enjoying this now! (how wierd does that sound?) But I'm ticking off the days, filling in my journal, feeling great - and it's not tricky anymore, the cravings are few and far between and those I do get are so easy to dismiss that they aren't really worth mentioning.
I know that I sound incredibly smug, and perhaps even patronising - Sorry for that, but I am so very pleased with myself and despite the challenges ahead... I think I deserve a little self gratifying pat on the back
