30 lbs lost before i quit... seven months of pizza and beer and laziness, and i'm 5 over my original rofl... thats way over two stone!! Its go time... gonna lose it all by around christmas time I hope... and not gonna puff my way to my goal. Gold stars for everyone not smoking today!

Congrats on the 7 months - a huge acheivement.

I hope you also succeed in the losing weight challenge, but even if you don't... carrying around a few extra pounds is a helluva lot better than smoking.

I read somewhere that you shouldn't even think of trying to lose weight until you've been stopeed smoking at least 12months

For me, that's Feb 2009 - so I can have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year YUM! YUM! :D:D
