long weekend is here

hi team,

friday already. the weeks just fly-by, still we can look forward to a few days

off from work. yesssssssssss.. feel really good about the smoking. i think im

over the bad bits now. can sit with others who smoke and not think about

having one. so it does get better and it feel nice as a non-smoker,

had a lot of pain today from having my tooth out. came home early from work.

feeling sorry for myself. been taking pain-killer. they help a bit. i know it take

time to get better. but i wish it was now, how are we all doing with our Quits.

not heard from some for a bit, hope everything is ok. let me know how we

are all doing. be back soon. take care

Whenever I see smokers now it gives me a 'feel good' feeling knowing that I am no longer a slave to some nasty drug. I am free from it. I pity those who still smoke. Hopefully they too will be rid of the evil weed one day.

I can see smoking becoming a thing of the past one day. Maybe not in my lifetime but in future generations.

Glad to hear your dentist appointment went okay, I really hate the dentist!!!

I don't know what it is about Fridays and smoking but if i am going to have any pulls or strong craves about smoking, its always about this time on a Friday????

I don't think I would actually smoke one but have had a few too many thoughts about them today, might suck on my inhalour if it gets too bad tonight, anything rather than smoking!!!

i know what you mean about friday. but you don;t need any fags. its all in the mind. when you think like that just get back on here. someone is alway here ready to talk and to help, that what we are here for.

That feeling has almost passed now and didnt use inhaler either, just opened a lovely bottle of red. Am not drinking too much tonight as on a course tomorrow all day but there is alwyas tomorrow night ha ha!!!
