hi team d-day,

i know its not easy even when we started on week 3... i had a craving last

night watching football. been really good up untill then.. so it could happen

to any one of us, still easy day yet..... some of our friends are finding it hard

today. and not sleeping too well. lets help them by talking to them more...

and leting them know we are here for them and all the team, because we are

going through the same things.... just think soon...
