7 Weeks

Hi Everyone

So sorry not been on for ages been really busy. 7 weeks today 49 days and not a puff has passed my lips, I'm just addicted to orange and lime tic tac's. I'm so proud had a couple of bad days last week and saturday night at work was really stressful but I managed to resist. On second stage patches now and my sleeping seems better cant wait till I stop using patches getting on my nerves now.

Hope everyone else is ok keep twanging those elastic bands
