Hi all I have decided to restart my quit again on Saturday after I slipped up on my previous quit after 54 days. This time I have ditched the nrt and trying champix for the first time, I no i should wait 8 days before stopping on champix but i just couldn’t stand putting anymore of them horrible, disgusting fags in my gob anymore. I have also dusted down my copy of Alan Carr’s book and read this over the weekend which I thought was good book and given me a more positive outlook of my quit.
Onwards and upwards
Dave
