I’m on the Champix this time and I already feel more positive about this quit. I have plenty to do today to keep my mind off things and I’m off to my cessation officer. My day 3 (everyone’s dread) will be spent at 30,000ft on the way to NZ. Can’t smoke up there can I? I’ll be around here till Saturday then but will be back again in a month, hopefully to tell you all that I’ve jumped up a few rooms.
Keep up the good work all of you.
Any new quit team's wanting a new recruit ??
