HI team-D-Day,

well here we are at day no.8. i have never been pass day 4, so am really

please. went to see my smoking nurse this afternoon at 2.50 for some more

niQuitin lozenge. went to see her 6 times before but just could;nt give-up,

i told her about the help im geting from everyone on this forum, and she well

please. when do we go into the 2nd week forum... keep going team. I know it

not easy. but we made it this far. lets keep going, and Beau & nicky keep

going for it.. you will give-up. and NO it not easy but you will feel better for

doing it.. we are here to help you both... all the best
