and so is my husband - cannot even run the house and have two small children. I cant see him going to work tommorrow.

tired headaches, he is bringing stuf off his chest. dizziness.

I know i am always moaning, - actually the day often starts of ok so I'll do another post in the morning. its so dreary .....

I agree, you may be just ill, its so easy to blame the quit.

day 22 Annette thats huge, you have come so far and im sure you would take a bit of sickness and feeling dreary over smoking and killing yourself, harsh i know but true, sorry.

Keep going, find the strength which is there because you wouldnt be on day 22 without it.

And dont forget to do the most important thing - smile you are a non-smoker
